Areas of Specialization

• I specialize in Intown Atlanta properties from lofts and condos to traditional homes. We also have a broad knowledge base of the North Atlanta Suburbs and literally dozens of associates I can put you in touch with outside of those areas.

Special Interests/Hobbies:

Hobbies include hiking , biking, water skiing, renovating (which normally means destroying) his house, and going to Braves and Falcons games as often as possible. I also love re-connecting with ex-pat Buckeyes who have made the move to the south. I'm active in my University of Dayton Alumni group and if there's a Buckeye game on I've probably found a way to watch it with other Buckeye fans (you'd be amazed at how many of us are around here). Another topic of great importance to me is the continued development of the East Atlanta Village and the entire area east of downtown Atlanta and just south of I-20. As president of the East Atlanta Business Association I've worked hard to generate awareness and implement programs that both attract and retain quality businesses and new customers to the area. Definitions

A REALTOR® is a licensed real estate agent who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) a membership organization of some 720,000 real estate agents in the United States. In Canada, the corresponding professional organization is the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). A licensed real estate agent does not have to be a member of NAR or CREA to practice real estate.

In real estate, a broker has earned a broker's license. Many brokers own their own real estate office and are"brokers of record,"with other real estate agents"hanging their license"under the broker of record.
